NOTES:

1. The initial letter 'E' or 'G' is only used for our cataloging to distinguish Educational & General catalogue items.

2. Many films were supplied as two titles on one spool - hence numbers like 001a and 001b - the length appearing after the 'b' entry is the total length of the two items supplied on that spool. The listed film length is in feet.

3. The titles listed are from a Pathéscope 28mm film catalogue - collectors discover that in many cases the actual title on the film is a bit different - this can affect a film's alphabetic listing. Titles are often translations from the original French Pathé titles.

4. This catalogue only currently includes fairly early releases - there are many other titles to catalogue - later films have the reference number included on the title frame - the Slow Motion film portrayed at the top of this page is numbered 876.

5. These UK 28mm film releases were all printed in France, similar titles (and others) would have been issued there, but of course with French titles.
Similar titles were also issued in the USA, later probably also printed there - different numbering was used in the USA by Pathéscope (USP)and later Victor (United Projector & Film Co).(USV)

6. I have added some descriptions, mostly for films in my collection (title marked in Bold), often these are taken from the American Pathéscope or Victor 28mm catalogues of around 1920/1921..

Any corrections, extra UK titles etc.please contact me - Grahame Newnham
